Finally long waited holiday is finally here !!That also means I just finish my finals. I can finally sleep at anytime I want and wake up anytime I feel like or sufficient for me. No more alarm clock !! unless there's outing, I don't mind waking up early =)

Throughout this half year, a lot of things happen. Everything happen so fast that I think I couldn't help bother but it's quite disturbing to my life. Hope this kinda thing not going to happen in near future. I know not only me experience this kind of thing but this moment we need to be strong to get through all the obstacle.

I think this semester of my study is a really obstacle for me. A lot thinking has been done but conclusion is still not finalise as this will affect me in path which I will walk. I would not want my dream to shattered but this current path I choose is not easy to breakthrough. However I will try my very best not to give up even though I have a mind of giving up. I'm very sure my friends having the same thought as I do. We already know this path is difficult and full of obstacle, be it change of examiners or syllabus. Things that already done is done !! We only can control what's infront us and choose the right path to walk. We already choose this path and there is no turning back !!

There maybe some people have a thinking like me of considering a degree as a backup plan. Perhaps I might just finish what I tend to do and might not take the degree. Even if I plan to do, I'm not qualified for a degree just yet.

I might set up another new private blog as my personal journal soon. I know I don't really update this blog but this semester really hectic. Hopefully next semester I will have more time ?

Holiday just started few days ago but I feel my holiday is running shorter and shorter. I would like to congratz whoever get through this June Examination and Graduate from ACCA eventhough they might not seeing this.

Seriously I think I getting really old right now. Especially my memory power, it can just lapse in a minutes !! this is not gonna be good !! Anyone have any idea how to enhance memory power or brain cells ? Please do tell me. =)

I think I should start arrange my other half which I left unmanaged that day. So many stacks of notes left unmanaged =( Don't even know where to start and some need to re-use and for reference purposes. I think I should start tagging my stuff next semester.

Currently downloading this Asssasin Creed game for PC. I think this game is so much nicer than Prototype. Prototype is not bad too, whoever that never play this game before can try playing it. The game is a mix combination of Grand Theft Auto and Devil May Cry. That's what the people out there comment. Can't wait the download complete.

Alright ~ UPDATES !

Been very busy these day ~ Went to college every morning just to study because I just can't study at home ~!! and only sleep for 5 hours ? YEAH !! ACCA is TOUGH !! and I'm sure I will get through no matter what.

New Year get to know new friends ~ more people to chat with ~ haha ~ I just can't get bored chatting. You know what ? Communication is VERY IMPORTANT. So if today you haven't chat with your friend, go say hi and chit chat a bit.

New Year, there is always good and bad news ~ Some people face difficulties and need to be strong to overcome it and I'm sure whenever there is problem, there is always friends which will try to help and to share problem with. Some people are just happy as it is ~ or maybe there is some event happen which bring joys and happiness ~

Talking about Chinese New Year celebration ~ it was totally screwed up I say. There is not even a single mood for CNY and I think my friend feel the same also ? This year is the worst CNY I ever experience seriously !

Result out for last sitting ~ Clear 2 paper and Failed the resit one by 4 marks ~ which all this while I constantly remind myself not to fail a paper for 2 times and this time the examiner change. According to what my lecturer say, the examiner has high expectation from the candidates this sem as she posted a lot of articles on the web. UGH ~!! U're KILLING MEEEE..

There is also good and bad news for me, which I can happily disclose and sadly concealed. I going to change my phone after 4 years of usage ~ without one time going back to factory =) lasting long without any problem !! still supporting SONY ERICSSON BABY ~ . Changing from W800 to W995 =).

Right ~~ anyone going Pyramid for EARTH HOURS this saturday ? If yes please tell me yeah..

I found it rather stupid lol ~ just to share some stupidity of mine to u guys ~ XD. New sem starting at 7th of Jan, blink blink eye ~ there goes my holiday ~ blink blink eye ~ 2 years past and my P going to change to Competent ~ =) Competent still no car ~ nevermind even I don't own a car ~ I still own a Bus no.11.

Still car is not my ultimate aim now. Having a car now and later make no different. My ultimate aim will be completing ACCA in 2 years time !! I'm doing it slow and taking 2 paper per sem so I hope I can finish it as soon as possible and start to earn my 1st paycheck.

Throughout the year of 2009 i learned alot of things~ be it in real life or through the internet. That teaches me alot of new thing which I may treasure them. Right I attend the Investment Training Programme organize by SSD. 1st Speaker was okay, what he say do make sense and understandable. 2nd Speaker starts to say something that make the other to feel meaningless, what he presented is not what we can really use in our studies and it may only useful for people who already start investing and so on.

At first, there is someone who jot down those notes and important points, right after the 1st Speaker, which I mentioned above it is quite boring in a way that makes them to start chit-chatting among themselves including me myself.

This doesn't ends here, there is 2 more speakers to present their stuff and what I can say is kind of worst coz some left before the thing ends.

Lucky Draw isn't that lucky lol but Chin Yew are lucky coz he receive a Pendrive from the Lucky Draw. Pendrive is nothing in the end there's another drawing. Darren and others leave earlier and unexpected things happen. Last round of drawing is sponsored by E Touch sponsoring Handphones. Darren's no was drawn out but he wasn't there ~ it was a second prize which the phones has 2 sim card function stuff like that. WASTED !!

Wow ~ what I can say is this month is a good month I suppose. Take deep breathe.. Ahhh ~ Beautiful people simply makes people happy. I'm using beautiful to describe them because they simply make my day.

First, lets talk about my pet sis who is in National Service now ~ almost done but still stuck there. She quite nice to talk with, eventhough she's in the camp every weekend I will message her =) Basically she will tell me everything there and I will share my things with her. Just don't know why ~ just feels like when talking to her make me feels happy =) she still owe me 30 =X

Next, my another pet sis who is from Melaka ~ She won't have her phone with her on weekday and only will have it on Weekend, so its so happen that it's school holiday and she got her phone back ~ and she messages me ~ weee heee.. ~She's another person which I can share my thing with ~ so no one can actually question her about what I share with her ~hahaha ~ peace larhh !!

She did the same also which she also share her thing with me. Good eh ? =)

Finally, after we all seperated from our normal group into 2 now, we hardly find time to hang out together. However this never stop us from going out lol ~ Feels so happy we can actually hang out have fun to release stress.

Actual plan was to play badminton but end up going Redbox Sing Song. after Redbox, I still want badminton =(.. Wonder where comes the time for badminton and I wanna eat Spaghetti Buffet and It only available for Weekday and not Weekends =( By the way, we took quite some picture here and there. Picture already uploaded in my comp, maybe some need to be edited by Yan ? I don't know ~ but will upload it here and Facebook.

Currently addicted to Soler - 風的季節. Old song I know but this song sing by them actually bring out different feel. When you feel boring, you will try to edit stuff like pictures, songs and videos ? Mostly I will edit songs, and my favourite features of edit is Helium aka Chipmunk. =) So I actually edited that song and ofcourse in Chipmunk version ~ hahaha. It's Fun !!

Holiday now ~ so call study leave I called it. Have to self study and do whatever I can to faced PT2. Oh Well..Feel so bored of studies now, any fast way to graduate ? There still a pending assignment need to be done before Sept 28, wonder when I can finish it.

1st day of F7 ~ Ms Santha was funny ~ and kinda strict in a sense that she won't allow disruption. Talking about the paper~ for the 1st day it was quite bulky ~ HAHA !! since she from start keep on saying the word BULK, she teaches so fast and information overload ~ and so many work need to do - reading and mind mapping.

Lots of reading need to be done luckily tomorrow I don't have any classes THANK GOD !! but that takes me a longer time to complete my papers ~ ughh..no choice my brain slow not smart enough so take 2 =x. By the way don't discuss about my brain or stuff like that, its not the main issue.

我不想又再犯这个错。。实在太没意识了。。

这几天都很忙，尤其是星期四要去买材料来烧烤。那天就忙了一整天，我也停止玩线上游戏了。

今天都算很不错了，帮了Ethan办了一个 farewell BBQ party　以外还遇到小学朋友，虽然记忆中好像认识。。但是因太久了而忘了。。还有我还遇到我　Ｎａｔｉｏｎａｌ　Ｓｅｒｖｉｃｅ　的朋友。。

接着还去喝茶，真的好累好累。。也很抱歉因为没帮到大家的忙。。

Exam just ended few days ago ~ holiday just started also ~ haha..hmm..Feel bad bout it, I cant do well in exam but hey ! time to relax yah ! had great fun with my friends after exam, some of us staying over at mae yan house and plays WII and Mahjong. My definition of staying over is play whole day without resting but my 2 hours sleep on monday only allowed me to stay awake for 24 hours, ya around there then I took 30 minutes rest on the couch ? ya enough for me to stay awake for another 10 hours. Waw back home at 5 and KO ~

Those who stay at Mae Yan house only some of them sleep for more than 3-4 hours the rest ? 1 or 2 hours / 30 mins for me and staying awake for a total of 39 hours before KO is the owner of the house Mae Yan. ~ fuuyohh...Simplycrystalicious ? She crystalise for 39 hours mahn !!

Overall it was fun eventhough not much staying over but the amount of people as in boys and girls yah..sufficient to have fun. Basically the main entertainment are Wii, Mahjong and movie. Now we have 1 more friend who know how to play mahjong, maybe still not that pro but is a good start. Are we teaching her bad stuff or making her mom proud that she know how to play ? I don't know, still depend on how she thinks about. Haha ~ As long as it is fun, No harm la ~ it's not consuming drugs and doing illegal activity right !! Yah so.. after all the fun at Mae Yan house, we went to Redbox @ Sunway. Eason's 浮誇 kill's my voice, enjoying singing that song but it really kill voice if you shout like he do ~

Sang alot of song and mostly are only half way, that makes us sing more song in a shorter period. Still I think this outing is a success =) having lots of fun with my friends ~ Wish to have another chance to do that again. A little Panda Eye and Eye bag is nothing for me, it only comes out when it is really serious panda eye since my skin are quite dark. Too bad for others who their skin are fair ~ especially girls but no worries they know how to take care of their skin =) doing lots of facial etc etc...

OK, as usual when u play too much Wii, your hand hurts as in muscle pain. For first timer I'm sure you felt your hand like can't move much and bloody for those who played before I can't even put my hand behind my back !! lol..Waw I wonder how they do Yoga with Wii, 1 hours of yoga I guess next day you will lied on the bed like all your bones breaks into small bits.

It was my first time seeing people play Wii like their worshipping / praying the god !! haha..simply funny !! too bad I didn't get the chance to record it. After the match, both Ching Chuen and Vanessa looks so ' out of shape ' ? hahaha ~ funny la !! Talking about Yin Siew, she suddenly come out with the facial stuff, I was thinking who was that girl ~ she doesn't look familiar to me and I was thinking was it Mae Ling or some other people from Yan's family, in the end it was Yin Siew hahaha ~ it was like 2 or 3 something and she suddenly come out with the mask.. Haha..and the girls real can talk bout doing facial stuff like that.. as good as a beautician =)

I miss pooling lar ~ !! I want Pool !! I want Badminton !! I wan Basketball !!! UGH.. this is something that I wanna do before my holiday ends ~ Going to shopping tomorrow and umm..maybe after that a game of basketball ? I don't know if they want or not but still I really wanna play !!

June 16 is drawing near ~ Sze Jin is going for National Service, good luck to her and take care =). On the same day, I'm going to Genting Highlands ~ weee how long I never been there already !! All this while, my dad and mom always go there. You know what they do up there la ~ Gamble, Casino ~ Slot Machines ~ etc etc.. and I wonder if that day we can sneak in and take a peek ?

Well I think this month I will be using darn lots of money for entertainment and clothing since it's holiday we should just spend whatever we think is worth and continue to be nerd when holiday ends.

There is still one more thing I haven't done yet, that is to eat 麻辣火锅 Mala Steamboat. I always wanted to eat but never have chance, the first time is I eat with parent. Let us find another day where we can have lots of fun and eat that Mala Steamboat =) Yum Yum ~ I'm not worry about the shop will close down since they always pack with customer. My biggest concern was if only we have time to go out to eat =) No matter what, I must eat this even though I don't eat hot stuff outside that makes me sweat like no other people business but this is under my exception list ! I will eat and sweat and make sure I will go back with my 2 large sausage lip and lost my voice ?

Edc/Efc revision class for 3 subject is just ended ~ Time flies so fast it's like chipsmore slogan ~ now you see now you dont. What I think for this 6 months is we having less fun and we spend more time on our studies ? I mean not so much in study and having fun is even less than that. Becoming real broke soon ~ Since holiday draws near, I can feel my money is getting lesser ~ hahaa..but most important, spend on something u're happy with then it will be fine.

Exam is near, in 1 week time we will have to put all our effort and squeeze our brain juice to face the examiners attack. I hope I'm really prepare myself enough to go through it and don't disappoint my lecturer again. I hope what Ms Pushpa say will not be realise, it just another 6 month - easy to say but hard to go through. Failure already be a friend of mine when I was in T5 and T8, I don't wish to see them in F level and P level again. That was my least requirement but from what I'm doing now I just simply attracting them back again.

Omg ~ 2:38 in the morning and I'm still awake. Actually I lied on my bed for like 1 and a half hours and I still can't sleep. I have class later at 9 and I suppose to wake up at 6am. Maybe because this few day I sleep quite late so the time just won't sync properly ~ I don't wanna fish in class tomorrow ~~ GAHH please let me feel sleepy and tired and I will just go bed like a dead fish. This is Killing mee ~ and my revision work only done like a small portion of it, die laaa ~~ !!

Once I watched this before and now I'm watching it again. This time tears just drop like that, is this because the video make me touched again or is there other thing that make me like that ?

All this while I tell everyone how good is being single but now I felt sometimes we do need a partner or soul mate together. Now I kinda felt lonely and moody this few days even though I went out with friends. Really do enjoy spending time with friends but sometimes thing are just inevitable. （八打靈再也19日訊）匪徒公然在學院停車場擄走17歲華裔女學生，打劫及強姦對方。

匪徒幹下獸行后，還載受害者到自動提款機提款，2個小時后棄受害者在電動火車站始逃走。

此案于昨早7時30分許，在雪州雙威鎮某私人學院的停車場發生。

女受害者是獨自駕車到學校上課，甫下車即遭駕著紅色靈鹿的2名巫裔匪徒（20至40歲）亮出疑是鎗械的物體威脅。

受害者之后被載至2公里外的蒲種，于一間偏僻店屋內遭強姦。

事后，匪徒搶走受害者所有現款及證件，匪徒疑不甘財物太少，再載受害者到附近銀行提出數千令吉。

女事主事后由家人送到附近醫院檢查，之后再報警。警方較后帶女受害者重返現場調查，

警方將援引刑事法典第376（強姦）、392（打劫）、397（結夥持械打搶）條文調查此案。

另外，根據警方初步調查，警方相信匪車是換上假車牌的報失車輛，警方不排除匪徒幹案前曾服藥。

Reach early to college today to finish up my remaining assignment, I once say ACCA makes zombie out of student. No doubt I'm right ! ACCA course under Sunway so today I heard some song coming out from Cafeteria I think. Guess what ? It was Zombie from Cranberries ~ LOL ~ Early in the morning they put Zombie this song ~ summoning the zombie from the graves ? LOL~

Quite funny to hear some familiar voices talking while you don't know that person as if you know the person. This guy with his friend sits on the other table which just besides mine, talking to each other right. Then I was doing my assignment, since they sit just the other table I can actually hear what they talking. I never meant to hear what they say actually it just his voice sounds like someone I know.

So I ask Darren to hear his voice and he said very a like lol ~ Guess what ? That guy sounds like Ding Yan LOL ~~ I can say if you're blindfolded you won't know which is the real and which is the fake. His voice exactly sounds like Ding Yan, 100% no lies ~

During Tax Class under Ms Rozi, I think what she said today make me feel like laugh out real loud. She said this - If you fail one paper you waste 1 sem 6 months time, you fail all three paper you still waste 1 sem 6 months time, so better fail 3 than 1 right ? LOL !!! the way she talk is funny !!

I think Voon Sia said something funny today also ~ but I can't remember ~ Too Sleepy already slept only for 5 hours and operate for so many hours HEHE..

HAPPY NEW YEAR people !! Good Bye 2008 and welcome 2009 !!!

Well we went to The Curve / Cineleisure to countdown. No Doubt it was worth it and Feel all the JAM I mean REAL JAM !! Expected actually effin jam lor..some idiot horn for no good reason and some causes the jam > Park at the road side = blocking the car to move.

Today / Yesterday is the first day I went out so late in my life. HAHA !! hmm..let's see we as in - Ching Chuen the birthday boy, Chin Yew, Chin Shen, Chee Jong, Shang Serng and lastly Me - went to Bowl before we watch movie. After Bowl we watch Bedtime Story. Not too bad the movie, it's quite interesting eventhough some might feel bored infront. I love Bugsy !! He damn CUTE !! XD

Not long Rayven joined us and had our dinner at Burger King ~ Fast Food ~ > Fatss AHH ~~!! nevermind XD... Then we went through all the crowd and do our best to avoid of being spray but TOO BAD Chin Shen got spray kao kao cause she not following us ~ Kekekeke..

The Firework is Superb !! but what is wasted is what I recorded is not SAVED !! GAHHH ~!! FAILNESS ~ !! can't help my phone hangs when I press after record. Nevermind as long as I witness the whole thing is enough. Compare to this with Pyramid, TSK ~ Lose far far away hahaha !! XD The firework at The Curve or whatever u called it length about 8 Minutes whereas Pyramid only shoots for 3 mins ? perhaps 5 mins and I tell you don't waste your time seeing that. HAHA !! sacrifice your time and petrol go far abit and watch some GOOD STUFF . HEHE..

Early morning went to bank to banked in some cheque and then rush to college to settle my course fee of course I've thought there would be take longer to reigster my name to the system who knows it only takes bout 10-15 mins to settle ? If I know it only takes so little time I should have eat my breakfast 1st ><.

After that meet with Chee Jong, Chin Yew and Ching Chuen, so our journey begins ~

I will not explain it in detail here goes. 1st went to Asia Cafe to pool with Yan and Him, they left us earlier so left us 4 person.Then to Summit that include arcade and comics store plus waffle, then went to Chee Jong house not long we went to Chin Yew house after that we went to Pasar Malam.

Next we went to the park nearby Chin Yew house, to play chor di and whatever things haha ~. Hmmm..coolest thing is Chin Yew left his key at the park without knowing after we went back to his house then only he discovered. Luckily find back or else ~ ngek ngek ngek..

Due to Chee Jong car lend to his brother all the place also send by Chin Yew to and fro ~ Thanks Chin Yew =)

Summarise whole thing = TIRED

Recently Chin Yew borrowed me Hunter X Hunter which I quite like it since that time I watched on TV but unfortunately it stop broadcasting and I hang there half way, not knowing how the thing start and how the things end. HAHA !! Now I have the VCD and I'm addicted~ Cool Skills, new enemy ~ I'm looking forward for more exciting fights =)

Went to college yesterday ( Wednesday ) to pay my course fee. Well went the all the problem that Ching Chuen faced but problem is those ACCA department people all went to Company Trip already no one can help me register my name to system. SAD MAHN ~ SUCKS la ~~ They want to me come again at Monday. Fine lor~ monday come again lor..haih ~ WHAT TO DO !! They try ask me come another day I will complaint =)

After went through all the sucky stuff I walk to Pyramid to buy something. Before buy things I actually went to Mega Leisure

Then was rushing to Giant and saw lots of people standing in my way so I use other way to get to the other side who knows I met Darshini and Praise~ haha.. chat for while then leave already.

On the way back home, I saw Chester. God for so long never met him already, finally saw him around Sunway~ Met him and just greet him then ciao di he heading to his workplace. Got time find you yum char Chester ~ hahaha ~~ !!

Today is the last day I have to do all the chores Coz my mom coming homeee !! Weee ~ I no nid to do all the chores liao wEEE ~~ lets go out after today mahn ~ I really need to take a break LOL ~ anyone wanna go out ? I don't mind where but preferably with Hanagamo members =)

My dad bought 2 pack of casserole rice just in case I hungry or he not enough. He end up eating that 2 packs ~ Right after midnight I hungry jorr ~ luckily at JUSCO I bought 2 packs of PAMA instant thai tom yam noodles. weee =) cook 2 packs kekeke.. SUANG !!

Yesterday morning (past 12) pizza, afternoon Burger King ~ can say whole day fast food. Dinner eat porridge till I feel like puking. I will not eat any porridge for 1 week, sort of phobia liao. Yesterday morning sone more no water supply le ><><, I can cook again no prob..haih ~ haih ~ haih ~...

Whole house like I manage nia, no one ever helps me do even 1 thing. Everything I need to do it by myself. Better still if they helps me, they will only burden me and gave me more work. I might as well do all the thing by myself and have no complaint about my work. Felt pissed when they can help lighten your burden and they are not doing it. I don't wanna talk about this anymore. Life sucks with a useless brother, how I wish I have a little sister. Well all the tired and stress I can only release it at Meetoto. Singing is also a way of release stress, not only singing actually going online at meetoto can find friends to chat wih. It doesn't mean you have to tell them your problem, it just that normal chit chat already enough to make you happy.

Woke up at 12 and start doing the chores till midnight @.@ ofcoz I left sometimes to study a bit and relax Had Curries for my dinner, my dad tapao fish, mutton and sotong curry. All Curry and it's a little disgusting when I see the curry and my dog motion's since his been purging from morning to night. That 2 thing looks almost the same and imagine u're going to put that in ur mouth and swallow it. HAHA ~ nothing really digust me ~ I'm fine with it =) just don't play with shit will do XD.

Tomolo or can I say it's today coz past 12 gonna be a busy busy day. I didn't manage to help my dog bath because of the weather. He might get cold and wet towel will not dry. Decided to bath him today, mop the floor and cleaning the ceiling fan dust. That is the least I must do and you know those other small thing ~ like plate washing this and that. Must finish the chores as soon as possible so I can relax XD. RIght Tomolo gonna wake up early to do something so, will update pretty soon.

Went to watch High School Musical today with Jong, Darren, Jodie, Rayven and Yan. Overall that movie was okay. I give a rating for 3.5/5 , rating might be low because the 1st and 2nd I never even bother to watch last time. This is what I think only and you know I like those horror movies with alot of scary part that makes girl scream. XD This is what I call Excitement.

Today, my mom will be leaving Malaysia and fly to China Shanghai for about 7-8 days. During this few days, it's gonna be a busy period for me where I need to do all the chores by myself. I ain't worry bout that because I can handle it by myself. Well life goes not without mama for few days haha !!

Is good to have a break where you can go out/travel with your friends and away from the routine work. Worth it since she always complaint that she doesn't have time travel and always talks about the endless chores that she need to do. I won't guarantee the house will be as clean as it should be but I'll try my best. LOL ~ no joke mahn ~ I'mma gonna become a 'maid' for a week ? Doing those chores and stuff like that ? Cook for my dog and for me as well. Dinner is definitely tapao one and I don't really think I going to eat noodles everyday. Induction cooker is so easy to use, not just induction I can even use the stove if I wanted to. Might have problem when washing the wok =.= since the basin is gone.

Now only me and my dog will be at home from morning till evening ? I can do whatever thing I want man after I finish all my chores LOL ~ e.g. Meetoto whole day ? Scream and Shout freely ? Owning 2 home and feel the emptiness of the house =.=. Gonna bath my dog todays so REALLY GOT ALOT OF THINGS TO DO !! GAHH ~~

They gave me a suprise when I was thought of Chee Jong coming bringing his comp to my house. When he reach, I don't see any computer or anything suddenly Mae Yan come out from no where and then all come out and sing the birthday song ~ WAW !! I Stun there ~ waw.. then brownies with a turtle and a Happy Birthday hahha ~ and candles of coz ~ waw then we went to Mae Yan house wee heee~.

I follow Darren Car waw ~ no air cond so wind only comes from outside the window. Reach there my hair all fly up de ~ hahaha like super saiyan kakaka ~ SAN SAI ~~. waw Mae Yan house so bigg what also got. If I stay there I forever dowan go out lu ~ got WII sumore, this la that laa ~ weee FUN ~ bleach is the most gila game..play 1 round hand really tired de..now muscle pain ~ weeeee.

Part time work for 4 days and that's it. No moreee work for us ~~ they want to hire 1 full time staff to help them with their works for 2 months + I don't have time to work because if I work I don't have time to revise my study. Mock Ends ~

Finally Mock exam end already. The night before I sleep I felt my head is heavier than usual when I sleep, maybe because what I read all inside my head. Ofcoz not !! XD too tired already plus abit of stress I suppose ?

When doing the MOCK exam I felt like sort of relax and not so stressful I can say compare to last time I do my T8 Mock under MR.ROBERT that good for nothing old bag who own his own Audit Firm and lecturing our class and in the end nothing comes out from a 'good input' that leads to a bad output. Fine let just forget bout past and talk about present or future ? XD

Feels so light when I finish my Mock exam, overall I think it was okay ? Pt2 I feels OK but not that OK.. maybe mock will be better because MR.Jay says he will set easy question so call T8 standard XD. I write what I know and waffle what I don't HAHA !! Results have to wait till my next class which is my EDC/EFC class that falls on NOV 24th-26th.

Well that company calls me before MOCK exam, she then need to get 2 person to work for them on friday, require atleast 1 girl if possible. That fills up Jodie place and 1 more empty space so I want it because I kinda broke haha ~ so umm still discuss with them. After Mock we went to 3k to play badminton, then when I confirm with her, she said she need one more person then kok wai earlier he let the place for me cause earlier I say I want ma ~ then now got 1 more space den put him in lor + I have transport to go work now. If Kok Wai / Chee Jong din go le, then I have to walk there by myself aka Bus No.11 .

It was rather weird because normally when we play badminton, on the spot I will feel exhausted and tiring but seems like that day I don't feel the effect of any muscle pain and all sort of crap but after 2 days, I feel slight muscle pain. Not too bad paying RM20 for 3 court XD playing for like 2 and half hours.

On Tuesday, we do Stock Count and on Friday we do Stock Take. Wow there's a book exhibition or something at KLCC, 300 books need for the exhibition. We then locate the book from the computer accordingly from the list given by the storekeeper. While checking for location, we found out some errors done by the other team XD. e.g Quantity is there but location not written. One thing that I don't like is the other team key in the location in small letter but I think that's still OK can accept just a little umm not happy looking small letter there HAHA !! XD

When all the book is located, we all have to find it from racks or even bulk store by shifting the book from floor to chairs to reach the books. Quite impresive to see the Jr.Storekeeper to locate the missing location books because he only work for bout 7 months. Books that are needed for the exhibition piles up like a mountain in just a few minutes and there is still more to go. I see the Jr.Storekeeper busying packing the books not even half of it, another pile comes in and we really don't know where to put it because there is no extra spaces for us to put the book anymore.

I will have to thank whoever the one who treat us the lunch and teabreak. Eventhough I don't know who are you, most probably the Trade Sales Manager I guess. After lunch, we receive command from the storekeeper to put in some new updates for the book inside the bulk store. Not long there is Auditor from UK lead by company staff showing around the place to the auditor. Sounds cool huh ? That's my future HAHA !! =) =X Then I saw the Jr.Storekeeper eating inside the store, poor him he don't even have time to go out and eat. Perhaps he need to take care of the store and not leaving the store without supervision.

Updating the books causes confusion among us and the Storekeeper. There is alot of Release update and there is the instruction for which update is needed and which is not. Wow, it started that we all have confuse and even messing up the papers on the tables. Right then we got it right and still there is some problems like missing pages and so on.

Now staying at home is kind of bored, because some game not running that it suppose to be and quite lazy to watch TV because my dad shifted the TV to next house.
Something bothers me since the day I 1st work till now and I'm thinking how to solves it. Haih ~ What should I do ? Well better leave it to myself then is P&C afterall. Goood nite people.

1st time working

Well last monday I was abit blur when Jodie calls me and ask if I wanna work, but the detail I not so sure bout because I was blur LOL..I have to make her repeat few times untill I get what she means.. HAHA !! At first I thought it was her auntie who want to hire temp staff to do the stock count. Who knows end up coming from her sis friend.. HAHA !! Not I'm the only one who thinks like that, others that went to work also think it was Jodie's Aunt hahaha ~ well thank god she called me, it was rather fun I can say.

People who went to work includes Jodie, Me, Chee Jong, Kok Wai and Chin Han. Due to transport problem, I have to get a free ride from someone who possess a transport. Reached there early but Jodie is kind of late but right on time =). We welcome by 2 staff and they show us around the place office, warehouse etc. Then a Trade Sales Manager have a brief with us to assign us the job and tell us what to do.

Well when we reach there we saw a girl sitting on the chair and looks like she'll be joining us also so that makes us 6 person and seperates to 3 teams to do the job. Eventually me and Jodie in a team, Chee Jong and Chin Han and lastly Kok Wai and that girl.

When work starts, Kok Wai team is the 1st to complete their task and we all like WTF ~ so fast ? then we have a look at their store rack which half empty rack. No Wonder so fast can finish counting and key in to the laptop. XD Then followed by Chee Jong team then finally my team =.=. I don't why know I'm the last team to finish maybe mine have more titles to check and to key in plus there is a lot book that is not organised properly like this book should be at this location but gone to the others. It happens FEW times that I have to re-arrange the book and placing it by moving the books from the shelf and put in back. I think that's why we are the slowest among them.

We had our lunch break at 12++ where they tapao chicken rice for us. How nice it was for free and we have our lunch at one of the meeting room near the door to the office. We all felt so paiseh bout it because the meeting room has a big see through glass and passbyer or other staff might just look at us eating our lunch. HAHA !! We also have a small tea break after 2 hrs after the lunch break.I've thought we need to pay for lunch. By right we should pay for our own expenses instead they pay for us and buy us food for tea break.

After checking the 1st area of rack, the others already counting the other stores with even more Boxes of books. I'm the last team to assist them since my area of counting is so slow >.< .

Sharp 6pm we receive our pay in cash. We actually finished our work a bit early and just have to save the file and hand the laptop back to the person. Well 10 hrs of works get pay for 80 ringgit, I think is pretty worth if let say you worked for a month 30 days so totalling to 2400 ringgit per month ? lol don't sue me for being so picky for the numbers I know they don't do stock count everyday lol..I just giving example.

Overall it was fun, we have fun when we doing our job. Flexible and the most important thing is we Enjoy the work. It's not about 80ringgit matters, it was a good experience for me to have OFFICIALLY work for the first time. Helping dad fixing computer I don't consider it is a work for me because it's more like family business or something like that which it does not counted as a work. HAHA !! because ur superior is your dad, ur dad can't be scolding you for work not done or something.

At first what's in my mind was, earning money from other people is not an easy task. The worst case was to count the stock where I needed to use stairs to reach them. HAHA !! but luckily reality is much more easier.

The most important thing that I want to mention is all the staff in the company is Super Friendly and Super Helpful eventhough the storekeeper have his own time watching anime while we doing our work and he real can sleep.HAHA !! no offence la ~ His the man who in charge for the store, not saying his procastinating but umm just don't really have much things to do when someone doing the stock count.

It is good to work in this environment provided they treat us ( temp staff ) as permanent staff ? something like that. Those who work together with me know what I mean. =). Hope I still have chance working with them together with my friends again.

Mock is just 1 day ahead and I didn't really revise my book. I didn't do well in my PT2 but I hope I can get a better results for MOCK and be more hardworking towards FINAL. Study is a MUST do thing but don't forget to take a break to rest yourself to avoid excessive of information and mental block. =)

Worst Steamboat EVER !!

I tell you there is 1 steamboat restaurant is the worst steamboat restaurant I ever go which is TASTY POT STEAMBOAT RESTAURANT !! It may be looks crowded, thing may looks delicious but I tell you, you will regret going there.

Me and my dad thought of going out eating and he wants to eat steamboat, so like what he said that steamboat restaurant is quite crowded so we went there. Met Kok Wai when I taking the food. This restaurant has the worse service among the other steamboat restaurant at the dataran menteri sunway there.

1st they serve us 1 pot of tea, a normally small sized teapot only able to fill 2 glass of tea. After that we asked them to refill for us but we ask them for few times, finally they take away the teapot. We thought they will refill for us but we waited quite long any still the teapot haven't send back. Screw it then, we ordered 2 cup of tea and yet they still haven't serve us the tea.

After that, some supervisor people walking around checking the tables and all that, and informed the other person to settle few tables which my tables is under HER service. You know what ? The supervisor just walk away and she pretending like nothing happen and do other thing. Not only my table have problem, other tables also facing the same fuck up problem. What is this ? What kind of service is this ? I don't get what I paid for =.= .. Seriously screw this restaurant, this is THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME I ever go to that restaurant. I won't even go if it offers me for Free.

1 more thing is the seafood are not all fresh. Suck ~ !! Wonder how it survive till now. Zzz listen to my advice don't ever go there, but if you wanna try I can't stop you.

When Sore Throat Meets Joey

Been having a sore throat starting from last sunday actually, starting I woke up I felt my throat was abit umm not uncomfortable so I didn't care bout it because my schedule is quite tight that day, went here and there buy this and that then evening raining and felt headache and so on.

On monday officially, I seriously feeling cold and dizzy in the morning but class still need to attend, so I ate a panadol to hold myself and went to class as usual. It was quite suck to sick at this timing because it's like near test or exam I will fall sick. I don't think is a stress situation for this and I think this is cause by the weather. Almost everyday it rains. Tuesday class still go on but slightly better, never see doctor cause I think I still be able to recover myself without any medication.

Sick still on to Wednesday and still I felt the sore throat is still there and it's slightly by day. I'm confidence that my antibody able to defend my immune system from sore throat. =) The reason that I don't wanna consult a doctor because I don't want to take antibiotic. If you can recover it by yourself, you wouldn't need anything to help you recover.

Cough for few days after sore throat now my sore throat is 90% recovery and as for my cough I think bout 70%. Been drinking cough medicine at night before sleep, what I can tell you that drinking that cough medicine will send you straight to bed after 30 minutes or so.

PT2 result still not out yet and I not sure how welli did on that paper. MOCK is just few days ahead and I still didn't really prepare for it. Started study but today not in a mood to study at all, maybe my concerntrate just now focus enough. It's been a long time we never go out, I hope after MOCK we can hang out together but not after FINAL. After FINAL we will sure be going out, it just that I feel that we need to hang out once in a while to have fun, relax and away from all the papers notes and textbook.

Few weeks ago, Mae Yan said we should have do something crazy and I think TEMPO game is quite nice to play if you know the rules for it. This may not be the crazy thing she mention but I think we can do this when we are together, it doesn't matter we have 6 person or more than that, more people more choices to pick. Pt2 already ended I think passing is not a problem with the help of J hahaha !! anyway my post for today is not bout this.

I finally found 1 show that can compare with 1 litre of tears le..real story also la because it's a show for 2 years and they finally graduate then the show ends.. actually i didn't watch the whole thing i mean for like 500++ episodes normally also watch it online because last time time clashes with my schedule and only few weeks started to watch and now they graduate feels like my entertaintment source reduce. Luckily some of them still acting and hosting some shows, after all their last episodes was quite sad and include some funny parts which makes u cry and laugh.

Still downloading some dramas and need to wait patiently because the download speed is SLOW !!! but is worth waiting la ! like I downloaded ZONE Final Concert..nothing to proud with I should have buy their DVD. Yeah so lucky no one saw me sobbing or something like that.

Crap got bitten by my dawg ~ got plaster around my finger =(

Suppose to wake up early in tomorrow morning to clean or have some business with my new house..but I'm still awake...guess I'll become working zombie then..

31.8.08 is Malaysia Independant Day. Okay..MERDEKA ? Don't really feel the mood around my area because Sunway Group doesn't fire up any fireworks this year, I wonder why ? Even if they fire up the fireworks it's not like I can see it from my apartment. The other block is blocking so can't really see it unless it fire up way higher than the block, then only I can see it from my balcony =). Feel so lazy though to walk out and stand there watching the same fireworks over and over again.

Today(Monday) is the day, this morning woke up and straight up to check my mail. WOW look at what I see, there's no new E-mails for me. Nothing much to say about it, then half and hours or more later, (1) Inbox !! knew it from ACCA, result is out and I'm so dead bout it cause from what I predict I will probably fail 2 theory papers. Suprisingly, I pass one of them and I failed one of them. GG la !

Retaking the paper won't burden me too much because I only have one to complete to advance to a higher level. So for now I can FOCUS, CONCERNTRATE on the bloody T8 Audit Paper !! Doesn't want to FLAME anyone here, you people who read my blog will know who I wanna flame. Being kind here don't want screw you in public =).

Rightt ~ what I can say is, Mae Yan never give me a good sleep. Why so ? Cos she will call me early in the morning when I haven't really want to wake up YET. Anyway call me for reason mostly frisbee ! hahaha !! okay today different case la kay !! As I said if wanna come out take picture call me =) and ofcoz we HANAGAMO ENTERPRISE never get to take a picture before for memorial. So we went to Pyramid to have MY 1st Neoprint and I don't think the other 5 person is 1st time doing this. Ngek Ngek.

They use heck of time to edit the pictures and the timer stop at 060 which it means 60 seconds. While they editing, Me Kenny and Jong went to arcade centre ( forgot what leisure already , that doesn't important ) and play for half an hours I don't know didn't really record the time or something. From there you can see the girls take how long time to edit the pictures now..The end result was great eventhough I don't have time looking at it for this moment but I know the end result is great cause I notice while helping them cutting them in pieces.

Went to frisbee today as what the girls wishes, ARE YOU HAPPY NOW ? hahha =) I'm totally fine with it cause I miss out the Tuesday one. Yan and Kenny didn't join us say need to meet someone. Back home at around 6.30pm and rest for 20 minutes and guess what ? I feel so exhausted and tired, that's not the point actually I felt so hot and keep on drinking water. Drinking water is good but the feeling like now you drink now the water drain just like that. Till I notice something HUALA !

LOOK AT IT ! is 32.7 Degrees Celcius at 6:53 PM No Lies !

Look at this pic.. Indoor temperature 32.9 WTF ! So Hawt !

What happen to our earth !?!? Why on earth the temperature goes up to 32.9 degrees at night ? Can you imagine how hot out there ? If the indoor temperature about 32 to 33 degrees I bet outdoor temperature is about 34/35 ? or maybe higher who knows ~ Right end this with the temperature cause after 1 week the weather is going back to normal, yesterday rain heavily THANK GOD !! for 1 whole weeks there's no rain..hopefully everything gonna be fine and like normal.

Right one more point I don't get it, hot temperature leads to more mosquito. Agreeable BUT why the heck there's as much mosquitoes at night and in an air cond-ed room =.=. It bothers me few days already even when I sleeping. Singing song beside my ears, not 1 side but BOTH ! Damn It !! You people will never know how I looks like at night like here blogging. Let me briefly tell you how I look now. Right wearing a long sleeve and wrap my lower body with my thick blanket ( this is crazy ) to prevent my precious 5 litres blood being suck by those sucker who only have 1 week life span. It's quite difficult to surf net with 1 hand and the other hand holding electric mosquito racket ( don't know what they call ).

When I was outside the living room watching One Missed Final Call half way got bitten so many times I decide not to continue to feed those suckers out there. Not like I can kill them with that mosquito racket cause you can't see them flying around, they know how to suck you when u're not paying attention to them. Just killed few of them when I was blogging. My light was off only my Salt Light and my LCD light are on, so is quite easy to see them flying when they past my LCD. Once you turn off all the lights, that's the time they come active. Been observing these few days and I decided to Exterminate them with my Electric Racket today ! Zzz Luckily is not Aedes or else I'll be lying on the hospital bed with those net.

Last few weeks or last month, those people keep on spraying mosquito aerosol around my house area and what I can say it, after the spray the aerosol it doesn't seems working as we wish. After they spray we can actually see the mosquito flying around, it actually waste of time, money and effort I can say. The smells are sucks and even make the mosquito flying around like nothing happen. They will spray the aerosol when someone got bitten by Aedes mosquito or got dengue fever.

Ok, now this really sucks, renovation started for 2-3 days and the neighbour's door ( my new house door ) lock is kinda spoiled for quite long time and the worker use that lock. OMG even with the key you can't open the door. So the worker decide to hammer it off to go in. As he wish we let him hammer it and Hua la ! Few times hammering there goes the lock. Obviously when u hammer the lock off, there's a round hole on the door and they didn't care bout it. So when they go back, I will try to take out the middle piece of the lock ( don't know what they call ) un-screw it and take it off, now I can't get the door in the right position to lock it with another lock on top of it. I try feel times pulling the door and hopefully the door will get into the right position and I can lock the door but it fails.

After that I put my hand on the hole to pull it. That works but when I pull it, I didn't notice my other finger is holding on the wall and I slam the door on my thumb. F*ck !! It was F*cking Pain and my nails and my thumb are numb. When the first time I looking at it, it looks like internal bleeding ( blood under nail ) at first it was the middle spot who have blood on it. Few hours later, it turned to like purple to blue. Next day, I've got a blue nail on my thumb.

My thumb still feels numb and pain. It looks it flatten abit compare to my ORIGINAL thumb =.=....

I consider this as a temp disability. The 1st day my thumb got slam by the door I can't really move my hand because too pain !! Try imagine bathing with only 1 hand, do everything with 1 hand. =.= PAIN !! Luckily I'm a Righty and not Lefty, anyway I can't play Frisbee for this moment. I can't catch and play frisbee only using my right hand. Dang..zzzz I guess thats the cheapest way of having ur nail coloured in blue.

No Paint No Gain !

Sorry for not updating, I was busying collecting my ZONE stuff and didn't really manage to post the videos due to some problems and I'm working on it and hope to share with you guys out there.

No Paint No Gain, if you don't paint your house where you gonna get a nice bright colour for your house and room ? This really No Pain No Gain Lol ~ Actually Painting is fun, just that when you paint the ceiling, you actually stressing your neck because you have to keep look up the ceiling when you paint. It's impossible for a person to paint the ceiling without looking at it, unless that person head have a pair of eyes looking up lol ! Painting the walls are just plain strength or muscle work, you have to apply correct pressure to the paintbrush to paint it to avoid dripping.

Talking about pain, muscle pain to be precise. Neck was okay because last 2 week, my dad and I just wanted to paint the ceiling. Afterall it my neck didn't hurt that much compare to my backbone. After painting I have to bath my dog, that was the tiring part and heck stress my backbone too much for crouching and bending my back in small bathroom to bath him.

While my dad painting the edge of every corner, I in the other room paint the ceiling and wall. This is what they call Teamwork. It might sounds a little boring say to paint the ceiling and wall, but it's fun though. It was a tiring day last Sunday where I woke up early and helping my dad with the painting without breakfast untill 3pm. The next day, I feel my shoulder and arm hurt a little, as I said No Pain No Gain, little muscle pain mean nothing. You have to enjoy what you do when you doing something that are not your specialty. What to do ? I don't have a choice for not helping because I will be staying there and my dad not willing to pay them to paint for us.

I think I gonna stop here and before I go, I will like to share something with you guys. You may saw those pictures from other site already because the pictures I took is from emails. So Enjoy.

The first one is a bottle of beer and looks so real, like it is coming out the side of the trailer.

The third is Pepsi cases and they are all stacked on the ceiling, and the bottom of the trailer is empty.

The fourth is another truck with the windshield facing the back and there has been a driver painted in the driver's seat looking back over his shoulder to appear like he is driving backwards.

The fifth one is an aquarium with fish swimming in it.

The sixth one is a bookshelf with books lined up in it and a post-it-note with an advertisement on it, probably for the company that sells the books.

The last one is Pringles-Hot & Spicy. The 'inside' of the trailer has the appearance of having been through a fire.

HISTORY

At first, ZONE started off with eight members in 1997, then reduced to six and finally four – these members were Miyu Nagase, Mizuho Saito, Maiko Sakae, and Takayo Ookoshi – by the time they released their first indie disc in 1999.

Mr. Ominami Tadayuki, a representative of Sony Records, noticed that the crowd reaction to the debut concert was particularly enthusiastic. Back then, ZONE was solely concentrated on singing and dancing. Following his belief that ZONE had the makings of a hit, Tadayuki watched a live video of the band playing with instruments at the KomeKome Klub and felt that, due to the overabundance of dance groups, ZONE had the makings of a breakthrough act, providing they could play their instruments as well as sing and dance.

In late 2003, Takayo Ookoshi announced her graduation from ZONE to pursue her studies and has been since replaced by Tomoka Nishimura, one of the two original members cut from the band when they scaled from six members to four.

Between 1999 and 2005, ZONE released seventeen hit singles, three full lengths CDs, three DVDs, did commercials, and had their own television special, in addition to attending high school. They all graduated.

ZONE officially disbanded on April 1, 2005, after playing their final concert at Nippon Budokan.

In 1999, Studio Runtime held an audition in Sapporo for a new type of group that they called a “bandoru” (band+idol, a group that could both dance and play instruments). Initially, 8 members were picked, but that was later shortened to 4: TAKAYO, MIYU, MIZUHO and MAIKO. This became ZONE. The name “ZONE” refers to the group’s goal, starting from the bottom, or “Z” (the last letter in the alphabet), all the way to number one (“ONE”).

On 1999/12/18, ZONE’s indies single “Believe in Love” was released. More than a year later, in February of 2001 their first major release “Good Days” hit the shelves. “Good Days”, a fast-paced song about overcoming hard times to think positively, brought them a little success, but not nearly as much as their 3rd single, “secret base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~”. With a dreamy, lullaby-like introduction and touching lyrics about saying a sad goodbye to a good friend, everyone in Japan seemed to relate, young or old. A year after the release of “secret base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono” came ZONE’s 1st album, “Z”.

Their 6th single “Hitoshizuku” was used as a theme song of the Japanese release of “Ice Age”. Next came “Akashi”, a dark rock song about feeling lost in the world. This showed ZONE’s versatility as a band. These two songs, along with another single, “Yume no Kakera”, were contained on their 2nd album “O”, which was released at the end of 2002.

“true blue” was ZONE’s 9th single and also was used as a theme song of the hit anime “Astro Boy”. Near the end of 2003 as soon as they had begun work on their 3rd album “N”, TAKAYO, the group’s leader and eldest member, announced that she was leaving the group to further pursue her studies. A replacement member, TOMOKA, was brought in. TOMOKA, who originally tried out for ZONE, was a member of the original 8 but was rejected for being too tall. Her first single with the band was called “Sotsugyou”.

In February of 2005, ZONE officially announced that they were disbanding. The reason was not because of artistic differences or catfights or loss of popularity, they simply wanted to explore options for their futures. That’s a pretty acceptable reason, as at that time 3 of the members had just graduated from high school and one had yet to graduate! ZONE’s final single “Egao Biyori” was released in March and soon a best hits compilation, “E”, was put together.

On April 1st, 2005, the 4 members of ZONE held their final concert. Sadly, it wasn’t an April Fool’s joke. At the end of the concert, ZONE said farewell to all their fans as well as the rest of the world with a very emotional “secret base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~”.

Petrol to cost RM2.70 from midnight

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi on Wednesday announced price hikes for petrol, diesel and electricity.

He said the new price for petrol is RM2.70 a litre, effective midnight tonight. The price goes up
Abdullah also announced that the price of diesel would be increased by RM1 from RM1.58 to RM2.58.

He also said that Tenaga Nasional Bhd would be raising electricity rates by 18% for homes and 26% for business users.

The announcements are part of the new fuel subsidy plan.

Abdullah also announced a RM625 annual cash rebate per vehicle, for owners of private vehicles with engine capacities of up to 2,000cc, as well as pickup trucks and jeeps with engine capacities of up to 2,500cc.

Owners of private motorcycles with engine capacities of up to 250cc will receive RM150.

Payment will be made via Money Order upon renewal of road tax, from July 1.

For owners of private vehicles with engine capacities exceeding 2000cc, road tax will be reduced by RM200.

Owners of private motorcycles with engine capacities above 250 cc will get RM50 reduction in road tax.

What is stress?

We are all familiar with the word "stress". Stress is when you are worried about getting laid off your job or your studies .A major source of stress is overdriving yourself. Sooner or later, the energy drain on your system will cause the body to fall behind in its repair work. There will not be enough time or energy for the body to fix broken cells, or replace used up brain neurotransmitters. CHANGES will occur in your body's internal environment. You will "hit the wall," "run out of gas". If you continue, permanent damage may be done. The body's fight to stay healthy in the face of the increased energy that you are expending is major stress.

Causes of stress.

Listing the causes of stress is tricky. There can be innumerable stress factors since different individuals react differently to the same stress conditions. Extreme stress situations for an individual may prove to be mild for another, for yet another person the situations might not qualify as stress symptoms at all. Stress is often termed as a twentieth century syndrome, born out of man's race towards modern progress and its ensuing complexities. For that matter, causes such as a simple flight delay to managing a teenage child at home can put you under stress. A stress condition can be real or perceived. Yet, our brain reacts the same way to both causes of stress by releasing stress hormones equal to the degree of stress felt. The brain doesn't differentiate between real and imagined stress. It could happen while watching a horror movie or when one is apprehensive of some imminent danger.

Why is there more stress today?

Numerous surveys confirm that adult perceive they are under much more stress than a decade or two ago. Stress levels have escalated in children, teenagers, college students and the elderly for other reasons, including: increased crime, violence and other threats to personal safety; pernicious peer pressures that lead to substance abuse and other unhealthy life style habits; social isolation and loneliness; the erosion of family and religious values and ties; the loss of other strong sources of social support that are powerful stress busters. As you can see stress nowadays causes Hypertension, strokes, heart attacks, diabetes, ulcers, neck or low back pain and other "Diseases of Civilization".

How can stress cause so many diseases?

Many of these effects are due to increased sympathetic nervous system activity and an outpouring of adrenaline and other stress-related hormones.
Certain types of chronic and more insidious stress due to loneliness, poverty, bereavement, depression and frustration due to discrimination are associated with impaired immune system resistance to viral linked disorders. Research in these areas may help to explain how stress can contribute to depression, anxiety and its diverse effects on the gastrointestinal tract, skin and other organs.

Ways to reduce stress

Firstly work on your attitude by changing the way you think, viewing a difficult assignment at work and discomfort to a life of challenging and excitement. Secondly, think positive by thinking about a success or a past achievement. Take a mental vacation.
Thirdly, count to ten by making a habit of pausing and relaxing just for a few seconds before responding to your daily routine. Take a deep breath. Belly breathing is what some people call it. It’s an useful trick for defeating anxiety and nervousness. The correct way to breathe? Abdominally feeling the stomachs expand as you inhale and collapse as you exhale. Try to yell or cry. Screaming or crying can provide a release for the emotions generating the stress you’re feeling. Tune in the music. Music soothes as perhaps nothing else does. You can use it in two basic ways to relax or to inspire.

这几天都觉得很烦, 也许是应为温习时间越来越短吧，或者是家里的某些方面影响到。有时还花了很长时间读会同样的东西。救命啊~!!

真的很失望，失望我有这所谓的哥哥。人生活了整整20多年，还真的没戴脑做人。不管是做什么事都马马虎虎的，没可能把东西做好来的。他总是多管闲事，把本来不关他的事都当成他的事。这一点我就不再补充，你明我明就好。多管闲事还不止，他的插话技术他认第二没人敢认第一。明明在跟爸爸讲着话，他偏偏插过来；我也没话讲了。讲他不爽，劝他不听，近期还说去面试;我看死他找到工了可以维持多久。买新车叫他贴P有这么难吗?很丢脸吗 ? 新车不到一星期就撞人家的车门，还赔人Rm450 差点惹大架。如果这世界没有法律，如果我有一把枪，我一早就把他杀死。

人家养狗当宠物，他就当着是发泄物，用脚去踢它。用尽办法都是要它静起来，也不须要踢它。狗吠也是他引起的...他真的有很大的心理问题，再加上人头猪脑;活在这世上只是浪费食物,时间和金钱。他没希望了。。。靠他我不如靠自己。

Yesterday feel dizzy before I go to bed and when I wake up today I feel like lost of balance. I can't even walk straight like I wanted to. Feel like vomiting maybe due to lack of sleep and been very tired these few days. But I still manage to attend class today.

After class me and Chee Jong went to Summit as he want to buy comics back. After back from Summit, it's already 4:20pm if not mistaken. The weather was HOT this week, try to think that indoor temperature was like 32.5-32.9 degrees, outdoor weather will reach how high. To solve all the thirstiness, I decide to squeeze out all the juice from Oranges that is bought by my mom few days ago. Here are the end result.

Attended T5 class today with Mr.Jay . Quite tiring and sleepy after back home. Hope I could see things with my eye close but it is impossible for me to do that. This is the 3rd time I made changes on this post because it started to pissed me when I don't get my post complete for so many times and I hope this post works. Feel like cursing now because of this matter. Right then I will try to recall as much thing as possible to type out because only small proportions appear in the post.

Tomorrow class gonna be a long day because class starts at 830 in the morning and end 630 in the evening. Today 11/5/2008 is World Wide Mother's Day if not mistaken..right.. I did not wish my mom Happy Mother's Day, I did not say I Love You Mom to her BUT ! she know we love her =). We watched one Movie together though. That movie I can say quite funny, you guys can download or watch it online. The title of the movie is My DNA says I Love You. Anyway today's dinner didn't want her to cook and thought of tapao some nasi lemak or something but they didn't sell today sooo ~ end up buying KFC =).

I been gaming the whole week without touching any study material except for today, sort of read through the pocketnotes attached by Mr. Jay. So far I feel that the pocket notes is very useful. If you guys have not download the pocket notes you can get from our group blog. It already attached by Ding Yan. You guys can actually find out your own Exam Centre at MyACCA. After you log in into MyACCA press Print Duplicate Dockets to see your Exam Centre. Unfortunately my Exam Centre STILL at Seri Sedaya. Which it doesn't make any differences because both Sunway and Seri Sedaya also 20 minutes journey walk but of course I prefer having my exam at Sunway because that's my Home Centre XD.

This chorus is taken from a song called 分享 from 伍思凱. Eventhough this song is quite old but it is meaningful and quite nice to hear it. Hope you guys still remember this song. If you want this song I can send it to you just let me know at anywhere here or MSN.

I know that sucks but it just can't be helped, what I can do now is to get high marks for Finals that is the most important aim now. What I want is getting that 4 paper pass and if possible get high marks. I don't know how to get past tomorrow please help me....

This picture is taken when we're doing our revision on Paper 8 at library this morning. As you can see Kok Wai is concentrating studying while this 2 alien doing other things. As a 'reporter' I will have to take down the evidence. Taadaa ~ Obviously Chee Jong try to avoid the camera but FAILED ! Mwahahhaha !! and also they thought they can block my camera but I already hold it at standby mode so I can snap the picture in a second without delay.

Well this morning I reach college early at around 6.44am, actually I been coming early for class or revision for few days already. When I reach college, walking to the foyer tables I can hear some familiar command that I used to follow at camp. That recall back when I was in camp, I sort of miss camp life where 1 group of friends march together. Actually not only when I saw the security guard lining up, earlier I was watching this drama called On The First Beat which is a continue show of The Academy both drama also from Hong Kong and talks about Police Force aka PTS ( Police Tactical School ) and PTU ( Police Tactical Units ) training. That drama actually quite nice, I think drama will follow by the 2nd one. I'm looking forward for that.

Tomorrow is Paper 8 exam and only morning I studied. After class till now I did not touch or hold any study material and I feel so guilty right now. Hope I get at least of 40 marks or 30+ marks for my Audit paper and I do not put so high confidence on this paper because it is kind of hard to get hold of it. Full theory paper is not easy to study, it only applies to those people who hate theory so much just like me. Till now I will post my update soon maybe tomorrow or 2 more days perhaps. Good Night..

Headache and Dizzy

Today supposingly to be a study day, but maybe my brain goes on vacation or on leave 'he' doesn't want to receive anything from outside. I still force myself to read some only small amount of thing goes in.

That give me a big headache and feel dizzy.

While reading half way, someone ring my doorbell and at first I thought it was my mom because she went to Pyramid with her friends. So I quickly get to the door and found no one, I know someone is playing with the doorbell and I don't see anyone going down the stairs so i assume that the person who played my doorbell is still inside the building or staircase.Feeling so frustrated and pissed that time because I don't like being interupt in this way. Few minutes later, my doorbell rang again. No one is there as I expected, so I went to the balcony and wait the 'culprit'. There is 3 indian kid age ranging 5-6 perhaps which I never seen them before in my life, most probably they from other side of apartment. Then after I yelled at them and one of them ratted his friend. Well the one who ratted his friend keep on apologize and apologize but I still scold them for a little while before I let them go. Don't ever let me see you 3 playing my doorbell again, or else it will lead to a bad ending.

Mock Exam coming and what am I doing here ? Today was a tiring day, reach college early just to study but end up reading other books instead of textbook. The Unofficial Guide for Ethical Hacking is quite a good book if you interested. I mean I didn't use all my time on that book, I still revise my notes before I went to T5 class. After T5 class end have to rush for T8 class. That was a crazy one because 2 theory paper in 1 day. Before class was sleepy my eye lid hardly lift up, but I don't know why after attending T5 class, I don't feel that sleepy anymore.May be because there is a lecturer teaching there and the class was cold..Freezing Coldd..Today T8 class was boring as usual but the thing different is the place where we sit. It's not that the bench we sit change to a cushion one but the space. Only 20 person in class and we sharing so many bench, try imagine 3 person sharing a bench ~ the space you can even sleep there !! Gotta study for coming MOCK already !! I guess I will study tomorrow because I don't feel like reading any text or notes now.

有一些事情做了就没办法补救，这我觉得和人生有关联。就如一滴墨汁滴在一杯水里, 杯里的水自然会被墨汁而污染。怎么补救也没用，因为已经太迟了。早知今天，又和必当初呢。如果那件事没发生，就不用到现在的下场。这跟监犯没什么分别吧，有了去到黄河都洗不清。没有人会接受你或成为你所谓的兄弟，甚至朋友与你会保持一段距离。

Pikom PC Fair

Well this round Pikom PC Fair is not much a thing. The only thing different thing is that it is more people and usual and their booth is smaller I dont know why. KLCC parking is totally full and the traffic was bad. My dad bought a Printer and I have to pull the trolly all the way. Some idiots just don't care what you carrying they just cut you or just bang you. I was pulling the trolly and some idiot just won't give way. Some is considered atleast give way for me. I was pissed that time and keep complaining this and that to my dad. Wuahhh ~ I tell my dad if I'm out of tempered I will just bang the front fellas with the printer trolly.

As I say just now, there is nothing much there I really mean it. As in Show Girl are not as pretty as last time, not as much as last time. That's my 2nd objective when I go to PC Fair. Right after my dad bought a printer from SAMSUNG we went to our dealer shop to buy only pendrive I can say. Doesn't get much stuff there only few items. This is what I get from PC Fair today.

She some more ask so many things and request for change colour =.= it just a paper stand thingy no need so picky lah. She doesn't know other people waiting for the redemption thing and take so long time to fill up the forms and ask so many question. Zzz I only take 1 minutes or so to fill up my form and get my redemption gift and go off. Well then will update when I free =)

Right..today nothing much happen just a normal friday with frisbee game before moral class. I thought of Mr Michael will give us revision on the coming moral test but it seems like he just go through the previous exercise with us. After class i decide to follow kok wai car back home and kok wai also promise to bring din yan home too. When we drop ding yan, we head back to sunway but we sort of miss out the turn and got the wrong way but in my mind i tell myself it is alright we still can get it back and i lead to them wrong way make them turn a big big round. Im Sorry Dude.. i cant believe i will point out wrong man !! tea time next time i treat~ to pay back my mistake..

Well sort of sleepy now but yet i feels like watching another episode of drama before i go bed. Tomorrow PC fair bet my dad have alot of things to buy then i have to help him carry.. T.T but never mind PC fair should have alot of pretty show girl. =)

I think today is my worst day ever in my life i suppose. I say that because after class me and my friend went back home to have some rest and change my file. It was plain boring today because Mr.Simon only discuss the work that he ask us to done last week.The only thing that is quite interesting is that about the changing of market stock. Evening sky starting to get darker and predicted to rain heavily. It is too late for us already leaving house at that timing, the rain start to rain heavier and heavier. Not even half way our pants and shoe are all wet. That doesnt make any difference now because eventhough im wearing a jacket and kenny holds the umbrella i still soak wet inside out.

When we reach college, it was cold but luckily i didnt catch a cold or fever.When I walk back, it was rather slow today because when i come out from the college is quite cold because of my jacket is not completely dry. I thought of not getting my head wet again so i open up my umbrella because it's still raining. There is 1 place where i always go in and out to from my house to college that is to cross over the drain. That small door that I always walk by there is 2 wood that act as a ladder to go over, eventhough the drain is not that wide but normally i also will step on the wood and cross it. Today im doing the same thing i do whenever i get back home but once I step on the wood, I fell down side ways down have my right hand to support when i drop and my right leg are all wound all over. It was rather weird to have me to fell down on that spot because so far I never had that before. Maybe there is something pushes me or I just being careless. Well have to be more careful next time but atleast when I fell down, somenone actually ask me whether Im okay or not.Thanks them for concerning. I reply them that I'm fine but actually im not ! In pain right now.
